How To Check Your Order Status
You should receive email order updates throughout the fulfillment process for when the order has been received and when it has been shipped with a tracking number.
If you did not receive an order status email and you created a BeyondAF.com account during the checkout process, simply log in to your account and select the Orders option and the order number to see where your order is in the fulfillment process.
If you did not receive an order status email and you did not create a BeyondAF.com account during the checkout process, please check your clutter/junk mail folders and email [email protected] for your order status update.
Please note: If you send an e-mail about your order, please be sure your message includes your order number and the name under which the order was placed.
Order Modification and Cancellation Requests
To request an order modification or cancellation please email [email protected] and submit your request. We fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and if you order has not yet been completed we will attempt to make your modification or cancellation prior to shipment.
