All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping
Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note standard shipping does not include weekends and holidays. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Beyond AF is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
Overnight and 2-day Shipping
For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered to be hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover and fragrances). These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
All orders containing hazardous materials can only be shipped via ground to addresses within the continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email ([email protected]).

Lost In Transit
We are sorry, but we are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit by the carrier.
A store associate will give you a call when your order is ready for pickup. Place your order before 2 p.m. CT and it will be ready by 2 p.m. that same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. CT will be ready by 2 p.m. the following business day. If you have purchased an item that is on backorder, the associate will contact you when it is ready.
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.
We currently accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express® and Discover Card.
Credit card payments are processed as soon as the order is placed.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
For your security, BeyondAF.com requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) on all credit card transactions. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.
Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card customers:
Your security code/CID (Card Identification Number) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC/Discover customer CIDS are 3 digits.
American Express® Customers:
Your security code/CID (Card Identification Number) is a 4-digit number on the front of the card, ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number. This number is referred to as the “security code.” American Express® customer CIDs are 4 digits.
The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 – 5 business days and may vary with your financial institution. Call your bank for further details.
PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online. One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant.
